Location: Greater Cincinnati Area (Travel Required within 100-mile radius)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends and Holidays Off)
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience + Commission
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the IT sector. This role is perfect for a driven individual who thrives on hunting for new business opportunities and excels in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate new client leads within a 100-mile radius of the Greater Cincinnati area through cold calling, emailing, and other sales strategies.
Utilize Sales Intelligence and Prospecting Tools to identify potential clients looking to outsource their IT services.
Engage in onsite visits to meet with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored IT solutions.
Consistently document all sales activities, including client interactions and progress, in the CRM system.
Work independently to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas after an initial ramp-up period.
Develop a deep understanding of IT systems and services to effectively communicate our offerings to potential clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in generating new business.
Strong hunting mindset, focused exclusively on acquiring new clients
Knowledge of IT and IT systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed within the designated territory.
Proficient in using sales tools, including laptops, phones, CRM systems, and other sales software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
